Troy is the Director of Investment Services for Wyoming CLASS as well as a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Teton Peaks Advisors, LLC where he helps political subdivisions invest their public funds. Prior to founding Teton Peaks, he worked for Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor.  Additionally, he has worked in the Wyoming State Legislature, the United States Senate, and has provided consulting services to various Congressional and Senatorial campaigns.

Troy has been serving local governments since 2007. He is an active participant in the Wyoming Association of Municipalities, the Wyoming Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers, the Wyoming Association of Counties, and the Wyoming County Treasurers Association. He has taught classes on public fund investing for each of those associations. Troy is a volunteer with the Court Appointed Special Advocates where he works with abused and neglected children. He also sits on their state legislative committee.

Robert is a Director of Investment Services for Wyoming CLASS as well as a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Teton Peaks Advisors, LLC. Teton Peaks has partnered with Wyoming CLASS to serve as the Marketing and Distribution Agent. He has more than two decades of experience serving municipal clients in Colorado and Wyoming with a focus on client relations, portfolio strategy, and trade execution.

Robert received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Northwood University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses, and is a Registered Investment Advisor with Teton Peaks Advisors, LLC. Robert regularly attends the Wyoming Association of Municipalities Winter Conference and the Wyoming Association of County Officers Conference.
